Summer assignments are turned into your VHS Learning course, which begins on September 4, 2024. You will not have access to your course to submit the summer assignment until this date , though you should complete the work in advance of the first day of class! Summer assignments review crucial content associated with pre-requisite knowledge and give students a sense of the rigor associated with their AP® course. If you registered for the course less than a week prior to the start date, you will be able to turn in the assignment through Week 3, but we strongly suggest you try and complete the work prior to the end of Week 1. Students enrolled in the Flexible versions of some VHS Learning AP® courses will be required to complete the summer assignment as a Prerequisite Knowledge Assignment. If a Flexible course requires this, students will be directed to this page from within the course. All Flexible course students could benefit from reviewing the summer work assignments to identify personal comfort with content, even if it is not a required assignment in the course.
