I only dealt with my recruiter at this company and she was the best. I always had a lot of questions and she was always available to answer them. Benefits like healthcare and a 401K plan are available to you. Pros Very attentive recruiter Cons Not that I can think of
Pros: Great pay for my assignments. Cons: None really for me. I had a great experience
Pros: Friendly recruiters who go above to find the best fit for you. Cons: No cons I have Encountered.
Pros: Thoughtful managers who keep in touch with travel nurses. Cons: Wages should be adjusted upwards for assignments in higher cost of living states.
Pros:Decent pay. Work where, when you want. Cons:Shoddy recruiters, ok recruiters, decent recruiters. No consistency. Several nurses at same facility, on same unit, different pay amounts. Some recruiters ghost you. Supposed to be available at any time, that has not been my experience.
Pros: quick and honest responses from every team member from the recruiters to onboarding. Cons: It would be nice to accrue PTO as a traveler.
Pros:Benefits offered here are good Cons:The pay is low compared to Omaha and National averages. Other tasks as assigned is used to force you to do the jobs of other departments, ie training, supervisors, quality. Supervisors will take your ideas and pass them off as your own or give them to others to claim credit. More focus on being friendly with everyone than actually hiring people that can do the job. Supervisors are too afraid to hurt peoples feelings by telling them about errors made. IT takes two weeks to one month to get back to you when needing help. Company is NOT loyal to employees that have been loyal to them. They promote their friends who have worked there a month over others that have been working for years. Advice to Management:Suggestion for management is to go back to the values and culture that Medical Solutions had BEFORE purchasing C&A. That was a company that was amazing to work for. This current one is a joke. Enforce the one year rule and don’t hire people with no experience, or at least don’t staff an ENTIRE department full of people with zero experience. It’s a disaster. Start firing people for production quality and not keeping the dead weight on.
Pros: lots of great benefits, flexibility, great earning potential. Cons: I honestly do not have any.
Pros:Great recruiters, easy onboarding, always get paid on time, many contract options Cons:Low pay compared to industry competitors
Great work environment. People are all kind and respectful and responsive to any needs. Highly recommend. Hiring process was fast and effective. Very efficient process nice clean building.
Medical. Solutions is a very good company and my recruiter can be considered as one of a kind. The recruiter would like to make sure I could have the best job suitable for me.
Pros 401k from day 1 Any insurance you need, they have it from day 1 They have you covered with liability insurance Recruiters and others check up on you every week and are always willing to help Cons Nothing bad to say about them so far and I’ve been a travel nurse with them for almost a year
Pros Fun and caring work environment with fun culture Cons Pay is so-so and could be more
Pros Remote work and paid training Cons The software is extremely slow and there is a lot to learn
Pros Incredible CEO Heavily invests in the employees both monetarily and in creating a positive culture Cons In a sales role, there is a ramp up, so you will have to work some months until you fully realize income potential
Pros Recruiters are helpful in finding you a job Cons Sometimes recruiters won't answer your calls emails
Pros Decent pay to begin with. Cons After working two contracts with the I’ e been offered mediocre assignments while other nurses I speak to with the same company are being offered much better ones.
Pros Recruiter is great, company is supportive and great perks such as bonuses, and gifts for service. Cons Salary can vary due to economy, but not company fault.
Pros Good for travel assignments. Good recruiters. Cons No cons, work depends on what contracts are available.
Pros Great, compassionate recruiter Top pay Good bonuses and loyalty rewards Cons Company standards vary depending who you recruiter is so if you have a bad recruiter you will not have a good experience. Advice to Management Purge bad recruiters.
Pros Multiple rewards for continuing to sign contracts with them including bonuses and gifts. Cons Can't think of any at the moment

Aug 19, 2022 · My experience with Medical Solutions after 9 months. Getting onboarded and finding the first job only took around 1-2 weeks. They were pretty good with working with me getting everything I needed. Sadly, that's about where anything good about them ends though.

They allow remote work and have unlimited PTO but if you’re good at your job it’s like pulling teeth to get time off because the managers do what they’ve called “meat-in-the-seat” hiring.
